Vacation Vignettes

I just wanted to let you know about some clients who recently returned from a Vacation Vignettes cruise in Scandinavia and Russia.  When I called them to let them know about the private shore excursion in St. Petersburg, cocktail party and concierge host, they were truly surprised.  On their return, they called me and have asked for a list of Vignettes sailings for next year.  In my client’s words, "This absolutely made our trip. We loved knowing we had a host we could contact if we needed her, and enjoyed meeting the other people from around the country who were included in our group." International Conference & Trade Show

I have been a member of Vacation.com for quite a while and have been to a majority of the conferences, so I am in a position to vote this conference as the best one yet.  As always, the supplier sessions were full of good information and sales tips.  The training sessions on Engagement were invaluable.  Mike Marchev was as entertaining and targeted as ever.  However what really put this conference over the top were the Power Sessions.  Anyone who left early missed a lot.  I've been struggling with marketing my agency on Facebook.  Until last week, I did not understand how best to use it as a travel professional. Now I need to get to work and implement everything I learned!
