STEVE TRACAS
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steven Tracas is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vacation.com
- North America's Largest Vacation Selling Network - with 5,100 agency locations throughout North America.
Tracas brings to Vacation.com an extensive and diverse background within the travel industry with experience in distribution, electronic commerce, online sales and aviation. Prior to joining Vacation.com, Tracas served as President of Orbitz for Business, based in Chicago. Orbitz for Business was the first corporate travel program launched by an online agency. Tracas was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including strategy, business development, technology, marketing and sales. In 2004, Orbitz for Business received the Chicago Sun-Times Innovation Award.
Before joining Orbitz, Tracas served as Vice President for US Airways from 1997-2004 based in Alexandria, Virginia. While at US Airways, Tracas led the team that developed
usairways.com which was recognized by eMarketer and
NPD New Media Services as the #1 airline Web site. Tracas was also responsible for corporate and travel agency sales, airline distribution, electronic commerce, marketing and global Cargo operations.
Previously, Tracas held a number of leadership positions during his 19-year career with AMR Corporation including positions at American Airlines and the Sabre Group. He joined AMR in 1978 and held positions in San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, Los Angeles and Dallas, progressing to Managing Director Passenger Sales for American Airlines covering the Western United States.
Tracas also served as Managing Director for the Sabre Group from 1990 until 1995, responsible for agency GDS Sales and training within the Western United States and later oversaw Sabre's National Account agency program.
Tracas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Technology from Arizona State University in Tempe.

JARED BRAUNSTEIN VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Jared Braunstein is Vice President of Sales for Vacation.com. In this position, Braunstein's responsibilities include overseeing Vacation.com’s eight Business Development Managers and two Inside Sales Managers who are responsible for preferred supplier sales growth and marketing efforts of member agencies in their respective territories. Braunstein is also responsible for the recruitment and conversion of agencies to Vacation.com, strategy sessions with Vacation.com member agencies, educating members on the benefits of Vacation.com and providing support to members.
Prior to joining the Vacation.com team, Braunstein served in a number of different capacities at SPACE, Travel Agents Marketing Consortium, including Vice President of Sales, National Account Manager and Regional Account Manager.

RON COLE
GENERAL MANAGER, EZGUIDER
Ron Cole is the General Manager for Vacation.com's new EZguider website.
Cole's responsibilities include leading the EZguider implementation effort, plus overseeing Vacation.com's sales organization. He is also in charge of coordinating the promotion and sales of the Amadeus booking platform among Vacation.com members.
Cole joined Vacation.com in August 2007, bringing with him an extensive background in the travel industry. Before joining Vacation.com, he was Vice President of Inflight Services and Training for US Airways; he also served as Vice President of Sales upon joining the airline in 1996. Prior to US Airways, Cole worked for American Airlines, where he held a number of leadership positions before moving to American's marketing partner Reno Air as Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
Cole is a native of Southern California and a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles. He lives with his wife in Scottsdale, Ariz.

TIFFANY GLASS Vice President of Ecommerce and Technology
Tiffany Glass is Vice President of Ecommerce and Technology for Vacation.com. In this role, she oversees the ecommerce solutions used by Vacation.com members, including AgentNet's content and applications, Engagement and EZguider. With 20 years experience in software, Internet and systems leadership, Glass also is responsible for Vacation.com's internal Information Technology operations.
Before joining Vacation.com in February 2007, Glass was Managing Director for USAirways Ecommerce and Interactive Marketing. There she managed usairways.com, which generated $4 billion in annual revenue for the company.
Glass holds a B.S. in Econometrics and French from Wake Forest University and an MBA in International Trade from George Washington University. She served in the U.S. Peace Corps in the Central African Republic for 2 years teaching mathematics, and has visited more than 80 countries. She is fluent in Russian, French and Sango, and has lived long term in Russia, Switzerland, France, and Africa. |

LAURADAY KELLEY, CTC, MCC
VICE PRESIDENT OF CONFERENCE AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Lauraday Kelley, CTC, MCC, a 41-year veteran of the travel industry, is Vice President of Conference and Special Events for Vacation.com. In this role, Kelley oversees all special events put on by Vacation.com for its members, including the planning of the annual Vacation.com International Conference & Trade Show.
Prior to assuming her role with Vacation.com, Kelley, with her husband, operated an agency specializing in group travel. Later, Kelley joined ARTA as Chairman and then President. She then held various staff positions at GEM/CruiseLink, culminating in her appointment as Vice President of Education and Training. Kelley's contributions and expertise have been acknowledged with prestigious awards including CruiseLink's "Silver Compass Award" in 1997, GEM's "Travel Person of the Decade" in 1995, and GEM's "Gemsetter of the Year" in 1992. In 1994, Kelley was named Travel Trade's "Travel Agent of the Year." In addition, Kelley has been named numerous times to Travel Agent Magazine's "Top 100 Women In Travel" list.
Kelley's achievements as an industry specialist and leading travel educator were recognized in December 2003 when she was named Travel Trade's "Travel Educator of the Year."

JOHN LOVELL, CTC
VICE PRESIDENT INDUSTRY RELATIONS
John Lovell serves as Vice President of Industry Relations for Vacation.com. In this position, Lovell is responsible for managing and overseeing preferred supplier negotiations as well as expanding marketing opportunities.
Lovell joined the Vacation.com team in December of 2002 as Director of Business Development and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in May of 2003 with all sales responsibilities for the United States and Canada.
Prior to Vacation.com, Lovell held the position of Director of Travel Industry Sales at ANC Rental Corporation, where he was responsible for all car rental sales activity for travel agency, tour operator, and travel association and government channels.
Previous to his employment at ANC, Lovell served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the now defunct Renaissance Travel Solutions, where he was responsible for increasing the Baltimore-based tour operator's brand presence by establishing the brand offerings of Adventure Vacations, Sea World Busch Gardens Vacations, Spirit Vacations, Air Tran Vacations and Frontier Airlines Vacations.
Prior to working with Renaissance Travel Solutions, Lovell spent two years at Hertz as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for the state of Florida and nine years in the tobacco industry working his way up to Director of Global Accounts at BAT Industries, while based in London.

STEPHEN MCGILLIVRAY,
CTC VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
In his role as Vice President of Marketing, Stephen McGillivray's primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day marketing initiatives which encompass designing preferred supplier communications and the marketing actions to the Vacation.com member network, coordinating Vacation.com's trade and consumer advertising campaigns and overseeing the award winning Engagement™ marketing program.
McGillivray is a former American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) executive with over 20 years of travel industry experience, having spent the majority of his career working closely with travel agents.
Prior to working with Vacation.com, McGillivray was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ASTA. Earlier in his career, McGillivray spent 10 years with Amtrak in various capacities related to travel agent/agency sales and marketing.
