JOHN LOVELL, CTC
President

A Travel Leaders Group Company
John Lovell serves as the President of Vacation.com, LLC – North America's Largest Vacation Selling Network – with more than 5,100 member locations throughout the United States and Canada. With an extensive travel industry background that spans more than 15 years, Lovell first joined Vacation.com in 2002 and has served in various executive leadership positions, culminating in his being named President in March of 2011.
As President, Lovell oversees the daily marketing, sales and technology operations that keep the international organization in the forefront of the industry. With a keen focus on member profitability, Lovell leads the company forward by constantly enhancing key relationships—with Preferred Suppliers, with the travel agency community, and with Vacation.com’s parent company, Travel Leaders Group.
In addition to his role as President, Lovell is a member of the Board of Directors for both the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and Tourism Cares. He also serves on numerous Advisory Boards, including Marriott International, Azamara Club Cruises, Travel Insured International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, among others.
From 2006 to 2011, Lovell served as Vice President of Sales, Industry Relations and Revenue Management for Vacation.com, where he was responsible for all sales activities in the United States and for managing and overseeing Preferred Supplier negotiations and relationships, as well as expanding marketing and revenue opportunities. Lovell was originally hired to serve as Vacation.com’s Vice President of Sales and Business Development in January of 2002.
Prior to Vacation.com, Lovell held the position of Director of Travel Industry Sales at ANC Rental Corporation, where he was responsible for all car rental sales activity within the travel agency, tour operator, travel association and government channels.
Previous to his employment at ANC, Lovell served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Renaissance Travel Solutions, where he was responsible for increasing the Baltimore-based tour operator's brand presence by establishing the brand offerings of Adventure Vacations, Sea World Busch Gardens Vacations, Spirit Vacations, Air Tran Vacations and Frontier Airlines Vacations.
Before that, Lovell spent two years at the Hertz Corporation as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for the state of Florida and nine years in the tobacco industry, working his way up to Director of Global Accounts at BAT Industries while based in London. |

JARED BRAUNSTEIN
Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Initiatives
Jared Braunstein is Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Initiatives for Vacation.com. In this position, Braunstein's responsibilities include supporting and maintaining relationships with Vacation.com's key travel agency accounts, strategy sessions with accounts, educating and training members on the benefits of Vacation.com and new member acquisition.
Prior to joining the Vacation.com team, Braunstein served in a number of different capacities at SPACE, Travel Agents Marketing Consortium, including Vice President of Sales, National Account Manager and Regional Account Manager.
Braunstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

TIFFANY GLASS
Vice President of Ecommerce and Technology
Tiffany Glass is Vice President of Ecommerce and Technology for Vacation.com. In this role, she oversees the ecommerce solutions used by Vacation.com members, including AgentNet's content and applications. With 20 years experience in software, Internet and systems leadership, Glass also is responsible for Vacation.com's internal Information Technology operations.
Before joining Vacation.com in February 2007, Glass was Managing Director for US Airways Ecommerce and Interactive Marketing. There she managed usairways.com, which generated $4 billion in annual revenue for the company.
Glass holds a B.S. in Econometrics and French from Wake Forest University and an MBA in International Trade from George Washington University. She served in the U.S. Peace Corps in the Central African Republic for 2 years teaching mathematics, and has visited more than 80 countries. She is fluent in Russian, French and Sango, and has lived long term in Russia, Switzerland, France, and Africa. |

CHRISTINE JAMES, CTM
Vice President, Canada
In her role as Vice President, Christine James is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of our Canadian operation. This includes sales,
marketing, industry relations, technology, education, training and
public relations. James also overseas the activities of our Canadian
Business Development Managers.
With over 30 years of travel industry experience, James has played key
roles in several aspects of the business including industry relations,
marketing, business development, sales and operations. In the past, she
has held senior positions with well-known organizations such as American
Express Travel (where she was responsible for negotiating their hotel
and car programs) and Travel Trust International (where she lead the
Business Development team on network development). Just prior to
joining Vacation.com, James owned and operated her own consulting
firm representing niche market suppliers.
At the time of joining Vacation.com in 1999, James has held the position as
Director of National Sales, Canada with responsibility of all sales
activity in the region. In 2004, James was promoted to Senor Director
of Industry Relations responsible for negotiating and managing all
Canadian supplier agreements. in June 2008, James assumed the role
Country Manager Canada and most recently has been promoted to Vice
President Canada. |

STEPHEN MCGILLIVRAY, CTC
Chief Marketing Officer, Travel Leaders Group
In his role as Chief Marketing Officer, Stephen McGillivray’s primary responsibilities include overseeing marketing which encompass designing preferred supplier and marketing communications to the Vacation.com and Travel Leaders Group Business Units, coordinating trade and consumer advertising campaigns and overseeing all aspects with the Travel Leaders Group companies marketing initiatives.
McGillivray is a former American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) executive with over 20 years of travel industry experience, having spent the majority of his career working closely with travel agents.
Prior to his role with Vacation.com, McGillivray was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ASTA. Earlier in his career, McGillivray spent 10 years with Amtrak in various capacities related to travel agent/agency sales and marketing. |

KARIN VIERA, CTC
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Karin Viera oversees Vacation.com's Business Development Managers and Inside Sales Team, who work as consultants with our travel agency partners to grow Preferred Supplier sales. Viera also manages member recruitment and retention.
Before joining Vacation.com in 2009, Viera previously held the position of vice president of sales, Southeast region, for Carnival Cruise Lines, managing the company’s largest sales region. During her nearly three decades with Carnival, she had a variety of sales-related positions, including inside sales manager, director of sales and national accounts – Western region, and vice president of sales – Eastern region.
Viera holds a Certified Travel Counselor designation and earned an associates degree in Marketing from State University of New York. |
