Vacation.com Business Development Managers are the foundation and cornerstone of our mission: Enhance Member Agency profitability through increased Preferred Supplier sales.
Our Members are our livelihood - if they do not succeed, neither do we. One of the best ways to ensure our Agents are successful is to provide them with as many avenues of communication and education as possible: Vacation.com has a diverse and knowledgeable member support system in Canada and the U.S., but hearing that voice of experience and understanding over the phone isn't always enough.
Our Business Development Managers, Sue Urie covering Western Canada and Linda Khanna covering Eastern Canada, are the faces in the field. They bring everything full circle when it comes to providing our members the understanding and support for the diverse products, solutions and services our organization offers our members.
They know all of the programmes and systems Vacation.com offer its Member Agents. Every week, they are out in Agency offices, guiding Agents with the personal support, in-person instruction for these programmes, offering assistance for understanding new Preferred Supplier products, or just touching base – ultimately serving to help our Member Agencies use Vacation.com solutions to develop and manage their business.
