Q. What are the requirements for membership?
A. Vacation.com® requires that all members be IATA, CLIA or IATAN affiliated.
Sales Requirement*
- $100,000, or greater, in preferred supplier leisure revenue, and/or
- $1,000,000, or greater, in total agency revenue.
Agencies must be in operation for more than one year.
*Agencies not immediately meeting these criteria may be considered but support information may be required before membership is approved.
Q. How much are the membership dues?
A. Vacation.com membership dues are $475.00 Canadian per year and $250 for Branch Offices.
Technology fee of $100.00 per year. This is waived for your first year of membership.
Vacation.com operates on an annual billing cycle and invoicing takes place on July 1st. Your first year's dues will depend on the pro-rated amount for the month you are granted membership. Dues are paid once a year. After Vacation.com initiates the invoicing period in July, you will receive your renewal statement shortly afterwards.

Q. What is the process after I submit my completed application and dues?
A. Within 1-2 days your agency is activated as a Vacation.com member.
Within 5-7 days you will receive a Vacation.com welcome kit and your login information for access into AgentNet.
On the first of the month your Affiliation letter (included in the application), will be sent on your behalf to our preferred suppliers to have them update their records to reflect your status as a Vacation.com member.

Q. Which suppliers does Vacation.com work with?

Q. Do I need my own GDS for Vacation.com membership?
A. No, members are not required to have a GDS to be a member. Booking options are available through our Extranet portal AgentNet, which is available through Vacation.com membership.
