• Table top trade show to be held the morning of Monday, May 7, 2012 in the Opal Dining Room.

• Trade Show participation including one (1) Double Occupancy Balcony Stateroom (limited opportunity) – $4,700 USD


Please note the following regarding the Trade Show:
• Table top materials only please, no booth or pop ups.
• Electricity is not available in the dining room. Please be sure your laptop is fully charged.
• Internet connectivity will be available through the ship’s internet program and is at your own cost.
• As space is limited, we expect the trade show to sell out quickly. No early bird discounts will be given.
• Agents are required to attend the Trade Show in order to qualify for the special Conference group rates.

CANCELATION POLICY
Cancelations received on or before October 31, 2011 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancelations received between November 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011 will incur a $500cancelation fee. Cancelations received between January 1, 2012 and February 29, 2012 will incur a $1000 per person cancelation fee. Cancelations received between March 1, 2012 and April 1, 2012 will incur a 50% cancelation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 1, 2012 Name changes are allowed up to 10 days prior to sailing.

Liability: Exhibitor agrees to hold Vacation.com harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily accident or other occurrences to any person or persons including the exhibitor, its agents, employees, or business invitees. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor's activities on the premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the cruiseline, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Security: Exhibitors MUST have an individual directly responsible for his own exhibit during the hours the show is open.

Performance of Music: The exhibitor acknowledges that any live music or recorded performances of copyrighted music which occurs in the exhibitor’s booth must be licensed from the appropriate owner or agent. Music will be at a sound level approved by show management.

Relocation of Exhibits: Vacation.com may reassign space as it deems necessary. Vacation.com may alter the location of exhibit space(s) as show on the official floor plan.

Exhibits: Exhibitors may not dismantle displays until the Trade Show closing. Exhibitors dismantling prior to the end of show are subject to a $250 penalty charged to the credit card on file.

Americans with Disabilities Act: Exhibitor warrants that its exhibit booth will meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
