1 – Double occupancy stateroom includes cruise fare, all taxes and fees, and prepaid gratuities for up to two people in the stateroom for the entire duration of the cruise.
2 &ndahs; Trade show will be a table top trade show Monday, May 7, 2012.
3 &ndahs; Full Conference Registration includes full access to all General Sessions and general receptions.
4 – You will receive an attendee list including name, agency, phone and address one month prior to Conference. A final list will also be sent to you post-conference. Vacation.com is unable to provide member email addresses.
5 &ndahs; Due to the fact that we will be onboard a cruise ship and space will be limited all delegate bag inserts must be no larger than one (1) 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, single or double sided. Delivery instructions will be sent to you as we get closer to Conference.
6 – All sponsor educational sessions will be held early in the week.

PREFERRED SUPPLIER/DESTINATION TRADE SHOW
Table top trade show to be held the morning of Monday, May 7, 2012 in the Opal Dining Room.
Trade Show participation including one (1) Double Occupancy Inside Stateroom $4,200
Trade Show participation including one (1) Double Occupancy Balcony Stateroom $4,700

Price includes double occupancy stateroom for the entire cruise.

Please note the following regarding the Trade Show:

  • Table top materials only please, no booth or pop ups.
  • Electricity is not available in the dining room. Please be sure your laptop is fully charged.
  • Internet connectivity will be available through the ship’s internet program and is at your own cost
  • As space is limited, we expect the trade show to sell out quickly. No early bird discounts will be given.
  • Agents are required to attend the Trade Show in order to qualify for the special Conference group rates.
