• Each exhibiting company receives two (2) complimentary full conference registrations per 10'x10' booth purchase.
• Full conference registrations include all meal functions, general sessions, and special events.
• Each 10'x10' booth is $3000. Corner booth surcharge is $200. End cap surcharge is $500 (two booths required for end cap). Pavilion/Island surcharge is $2000 (a minimum of six booths required for a pavilion/island).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $150 administrative fee will be charged, per exhibit space, if the exhibit space is cancelled at any time after the registration has been completed.

In addition to the administrative fee, the following will be charged, per exhibit space, to any exhibitor that cancels within the following time periods:

June 20, 2010 – November 1, 2010: 25% of all exhibit fees
November 2, 2010 – March 4, 2011: 50% of all exhibit fees
After March 4, 2011: No refunds

Exhibitor Booth Registration: Please select this option if you are an exhibitor from the US and would like to register for a booth. Please note that the person whose name is included in this registration counts as the first of your allotted complimentary registrations.

Canadian Exhibitor Booth Registration: Please select this option if you are an exhibitor from Canada and would like to register for a booth. Please note that the person whose name is included in this registration counts as the first of your allotted complimentary registrations.

Destination/NTO Booth Registration:  Please select this option if you are an exhibitor from a destination outside of the US or Canada, a National Tourist Office, or Convention and Visitor's Bureau, and would like to register for a booth. Please note that the person whose name is included in this registration counts as the first of your allotted complimentary registrations.

Comp Exhibitor/Destination/NTO Registrations: Please select this option if you are registering as the additional allotted complimentary registration for your company. Each company receives two complimentary Conference registrations per 10'x10' purchase.

Exhibitor/Destination/NTO Paid Registrations: Please select this option if you are registering to attend Conference and your company has already used its allotment of complimentary registrations.
